Alex, Maggie and Ted met in December ‘24. Grounded in their love for songwriting, and brought together by an intricate chain of serendipities, the three became Kissmet. Their song writing blends modern pop melodies and lush harmonies with 70s guitars to create a unique retro-modern sound. Since the launch of Kissmet in September 2025, the band have burst onto the London music scene with undeniable energy. Their debut show was at The Ned’s ‘New Music Monday’ hosted by BBC Radio 1’s Jodie Bryant, followed by a show at Bush Hall the following day. Their debut single, ‘Darling Don’t You Know Me’ was released in October and has gained over 15k streams in under a month. Kissmet’s social media strategy continues to go from strength to strength, with half a dozen viral videos and over 20k followers across Tiktok and Instagram. Their debut single was accompanied by a Music Video and Live acoustic version on Youtube.
