The Yard + Courtyard
Our Yard + Courtyard are available to hire 8am - 9:30pm Mon + Tues, 5pm - 9:30pm Wed - Sun.
The Yard is a charming space for smaller gatherings, comfortably seating up to 40 guests. Its long, narrow layout is ideal for creating elegant, dramatic long-table settings. For more relaxed occasions like a buffet or cocktail-style event, the space can host up to 60 guests, with the Courtyard + covered canopy area this can be increased to 100 guests - providing a lovely extension during warmer evenings.

The Barn + The Loft
Our Barn + Loft are available to hire from 8am - 9:30pm 7 days a week.
The Barn is a spacious, characterful setting with raw, rustic charm and impressive height. Its standout feature, the iconic skate ramp, adds a unique twist and a sense of playful energy. It’s a brilliant space for gathering, celebrating and dancing.
Upstairs, The Loft offers a more intimate atmosphere while still feeling expansive. With its woven straw lampshades and original lime-washed walls, it’s a warm, stylish blank canvas.

The Yard offers a distinctive and visually rich setting, making it an ideal location for brand and film shoots. Nestled within Chilton Manor Farm, it’s surrounded by stunning landscapes, natural textures, and a mix of atmospheric farm buildings - perfect for creating impactful, compelling content that tells your story with style.

The Yard can seat 40 guests, when standing this can become 60. With the use of the covered canopy space + The Courtyard this can be increased to 100 guests.

The Barn + Loft is insured to accommodate 150 guests. This can be in conjunction with each other or separately. Please note the upstairs loft space is only accessible via a staircase.

Once the cafe has closed at 4pm, our team will begin the kitchen/main and outdoor space clean and clear up. You will be welcome to arrive from 5pm to begin set up and decorate.
